Audio recordings produced from your original written material remain your property. You provide ZaibTTS with a restricted, non-exclusive right to handle your text exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your audio generation request.
All elements of the ZaibTTS platform — including its interface, source code, visual identity, and proprietary content — are the exclusive property of ZaibTTS and safeguarded under copyright law. Reproduction, redistribution, or adaptation of any part of our platform is prohibited without express written permission.
The voice replication feature enables you to produce a digitally synthesized voice modeled after a real speaker's vocal characteristics using a submitted audio sample.
The AI-driven image generation feature allows you to produce visual content derived from textual prompts.
The Platform is delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no guarantees of any nature, whether stated or implied. We make no assurances that the Platform will operate without interruption, remain free from technical errors, or be immune to malicious software. Availability of external service providers may influence Platform performance and uptime.
To the fullest degree allowed under applicable law, ZaibTTS and its administrators bear no responsibility for indirect, incidental, extraordinary, resultant, or exemplary damages stemming from your engagement with — or inability to engage with — the Platform. Our aggregate financial liability is capped at the total sum you remitted to us within the 30-day window prior to the origination of any claim.
The Platform relies on integrations with external providers (Edge TTS, Google Analytics, Google AdSense). Your interaction with these components is additionally governed by their individual terms of service and data handling practices. We accept no liability for disruptions, modifications, or discontinuation of any external service.
The complimentary tier of ZaibTTS is sustained through Google AdSense advertising placements. By utilizing the no-cost version of the Platform, you accept that promotional content may appear during your session. We bear no endorsement of or affiliation with the goods or services featured in these advertisements.
You are entitled to request permanent removal of your account at any point by reaching out to us at admin@zaibtts.com. We retain full discretion to suspend or permanently close your account in response to breaches of this Agreement, with or without advance warning.
We retain the right to amend this Agreement at our discretion. Registered members will be informed of material changes through email correspondence, and the revision date at the top of this page will be refreshed accordingly. This Agreement is subject to and interpreted under the legal framework of Pakistan. All disputes arising from or connected to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively within the judicial courts of Pakistan.
